If your Leader Card is a blue ＜Paikuhan＞ card : When this card is removed from your Battle Area by a skill, if the card you placed in the Drop Area with this skill was a blue ＜Son Goku＞ or ＜Vegeta＞ card with an energy cost of 1, you may play it with its skills negated for the turn.
