Principle of fair buyer behavior at LastDraw

(English translation*)

LastDraw requires buyers to follow certain behaviors so that all LastDraw members - buyers and sellers - can be assured that LastDraw is a safe and fair online marketplace.

We want sellers to provide excellent service and high quality products, and we strive to protect sellers from unfair or even fraudulent buyer activity. This principle shows what we expect from buyers. If buyers do not meet these expectations, sellers should report them to us.

Explanations of this Policy

In this policy, we explain what behavior we will not tolerate from LastDraw buyers. We expressly ask sellers to report inappropriate behavior by buyers.

If buyers engage in one or more of the behaviors described in this policy, it can lead to a number of actions. For example, we can warn the buyer, deny them the option to submit a return request, request a refund, or open a case, or we can block their member account.

When examining reports of violations of our principles, we take into account the particular circumstances and previous behavior of the member. We make our decisions based on the evidence in each situation and by evaluating patterns of behavior that adversely affect the market. If we are not entirely sure about one thing, we may not take any action. It should also be noted that for data protection reasons we cannot publish the results of our investigations.

Below we have other issues combined, providing us with particularly important to appropriate buyer behavior. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to take action.

Topic	Explanation
Communication	Your communication with salespeople - via email, telephone, or community discussion forums - should always be friendly and factual.
Customs Declarations	Asking a seller to declare an item on the customs form as a "gift" against their better judgment is prohibited and is considered to be inciting illegal activity.
Withdrawal of bids	A bid can only be withdrawn under very specific circumstances. If we observe a pattern of frequent or breach of our policy violations of a buyer’s withdrawal of bids, we will take action.
Unwanted and Malicious Bidding	Placing a bid or buying items with the intent not to complete the transaction or to circumvent the seller's terms is prohibited and will be considered an unwanted and malicious purchase.
Accepted Payment Methods	To pay for items purchased from LastDraw, you must top up your balance with LastDraw using a LastDraw accepted payment method. We recommend that our sellers do not ship items until payment has been received and ask them to report fraud to both us and the police.
Contact Information	All LastDraw members are required to keep their account information up to date. We take action against members whose contact information is incorrect or incomplete.

Why does LastDraw have this principle?

We are committed to ensuring that LastDraw shopping is safe and fun. With that in mind, at LastDraw, we encourage sellers to meet extremely high standards of customer service. Our expectations of our sellers are set out in our LastDraw business practice. We hold sellers responsible when buyers report a problem with an item they have purchased. For this reason, we also want to protect sellers from inappropriate and unfair behavior and from buyers who try to take advantage of our protection systems.

Violation of our principles

Note: The decision as to whether there is a violation of our principles rests solely with LastDraw. You can be assured that we will carefully examine any report of a breach of our policy.

Failure to comply with this policy could have one or more of the following consequences:

Restrict your use of the LastDraw marketplace (i.e. you can no longer buy, bid or sell)
Temporary or permanent exclusion from the LastDraw marketplace
Deletion of active (and already terminated) offers
Remove reviews
